Inspection Reports Available Within 24 hours

We’ll give you a thorough report of our inspection results within 24 hours of the service being completed so you can fine-tune your understanding of the RV’s current condition. You’ll gain knowledge on the state of mechanical aspects of the RV and the state of the interior components in the living area.

For your peace of mind, each inspection package will contain a number of safety inspections. We’ll also explain any repairs that need attention and life safety issues that need to be resolved. When necessary, images and videos are attached to the inspection report.

Most of us in the rv world have probably had so-so or poor work done from dealership technicians.  I have used mobile technicians in the past and have been satisfied with their work. However we tried the breaker Friday morning and it worked. Sence we were leaving Saturday we contacted Kurt and let him know we would have it looked at, at our next stop.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I engaged Kurt at Steller RV Services to inspect a prospective purchase of a Newmar New Aire 35' Class A diesel pusher. From the outset, Kurt described the process and time requirements to complete the inspection. The inspection include over 150 specific items to be evaluated. After providing some details of the motorhome and location info, I received a firm-priced quote for the services. The documentation and payment processed were straightforward.

Due to the timing of my purchase, we had to work around the Christmas and New Year holidays. Also, the coach needed a few small repairs before the inspection. Kurt was flexible and responsive as we had to schedule and reschedule several times.

In the end, Kurt and his wife spent nearly 6 hours inspecting everything in the coach and produced a 105 page inspection report in about 24 hours. The report was very thorough and documented things that I would have never thought to consider. The seller of the motorhome was also very complimentary of Kurt's approach, courtesy, and information shared during the inspection.

I followed up the inspection report with a phone call to debrief regarding a few questions from the report. Kurt was immediately available, and he answered all my questions, including some free advice about prioritizing the minor issues noted in the report.

Overall, I would highly recommend Steller RV Services for an RV inspection. Considering the time spent and depth of the inspection report, I consider the services to have been of high value and very much worth the money!
