Howdy,
Sometimes issues are easy to spot and can be repaired early. Other times the issue is hidden from sight and become larger more expensive repairs. Our recommendation is to check your seals every 90 days and take a peek into hidden areas for possible issues that remain out of sight. This customer had a slow leak from their toilet sewer pipe that was caught early enough to prevent any damage on the 5th wheel subfloor. Just a reminder to look around in areas that may be closed off and out of sight. During your next furnace, water heater, or air conditioner service ask you technician to take a look at the underbelly and subfloor of your RV to catch any minor issues before they become major issues. Happy RVing Y’all.
